All our products are made on demand, just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and offer you truly unique pieces.

Processing and Shipping Time: 

Each item is created and finished in-house. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it right away. We're currently shipping pan India products are delivered within 7-10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order every step of the way.​

Exchange & Return Policy

Each product is crafted just for you, made on demand to minimize waste and overproduction. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, preferences, or aesthetics.

We will offer a free replacement or refund in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong item

• The product was lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

3. We’ll review and respond within one business days.
